Process Service Designer - Telecoms Experience
As one of Vodafone;'s key strategic partners we are currently recruiting for a Process Service Designer to join the team in Newbury on and initial contract until March 2020.
Bring together a virtual team of network, IT and Business stakeholders across Group, VGE, UK Enterprise; the role is to design and deliver customer orientated best in class Processes, Services and Customer experience.
The role is aimed at an analyst who is capable of understanding the problem and communicating with service and data owners until that understanding is captured in well written documents and new process designs that can be delivered against.
The role is for an experienced data/process analyst with an extensive exposure to multiple, large data sources like Cramer, CRM, Remedy and preferably in a Telecoms environment. The successful candidate must be a self-starter with good communication and facilitation skills.
- 3+ years' operating in a Telecommunications environment
- (5+ Service Design / Operational experience)
- x+ years data analysis
- x+ years of process analysis
- Process mapping, improvements and reengineering experience
- Process documentation skills
- Stakeholder management
- Experience of developing and introducing complex change into an operational environment.
