Genesys Consultant/ Support

As one of Vodafone 's key strategic partner we are currently recruiting for a Genesys Consultant/Support to join the team in Newbury on a contract until the end of March 2020.

Skills required:

  • Genesys Outbound Voice v8 Consultant (GCP8-COV)
  • Genesys Inbound Voice v8 Consultant (GCP8-CIV)
  • Solution Architecture Designing - hardware specifications, solution design & database sizing + SIP Server, SIP Business Continuity, Feature Server (Voicemail) deployment
  • Genesys Multimedia Solution including SMS Server & Social Media
  • Outbound Solution (Dialogic Cards or GVP for CPA)
  • Genesys Media Server (GVP)
  • Reporting using GIM, ICON, CCA Datamart, Interactive Insights, Pulse, CCPulse+
  • Genesys Business Edition (BE) Deployment
  • 3rd line application support on call out of hours and weekend working
