Customer Engagement Manager - Sales

As one of Vodafone's key strategic partners we are currently recruiting for 2 Project Managers with experience of dealing with Sales and Marketing teams to join a team in Newbury on a 6 month contract.

Role purpose:

  • To identify and raise sales opportunities and lead the customer engagement for the Simplify programme into specific sales channels in the UK Vodafone Business Unit.
  • To brief and support the sales and marketing teams to deliver the engagement strategy for each specific simplify project.
  • Define customer journeys to migrate customers off legacy networks as part of a larger cross functional team.
  • Drive senior stakeholders in the Sales Channels to close Simplify programe deals within the programme's required timeframes, whilst minimising revenue dilution and churn, with a focus on key KPIs.
  • Ensure delivery of sales opportunities on time by using the right escalation methods. The level of escalation required is up to Business Director level.
  • Manage customer escalations directly with the customer and account manager on behalf of the simplify programme.

Key accountability's:

Skills required

  • Agile scrum / Kanban experience
  • Project management qualification and stakeholder management experience
  • Escalation methods to ensure delivery of sales opportunities on time. The level of escalation required is up to Business Director level.
