Human Rights Manager

As one of Vodafone's strategic partner we are seeking Human Rights Manager to join their team on an initial 6month contract based in Paddington. The Human Rights Manager will support the ongoing development and delivery of Vodafone Group's Sustainable Business strategy and 10 year global transformation goals. In particular, support the continuing development and delivery of the human rights programmes required to achieve the strategy and meet Vodafone's human rights responsibilities, with a particular focus on digital rights and freedoms and supply chain issues.

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:

• Experience in the development of corporate practice to address human rights issues such as conflict minerals, modern day slavery, privacy and freedom of expression
• Experience in a business, consultancy or NGO environment working on human rights and sustainability issues
• Ability to engage and influence within companies and civil society groups
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
