Risk & Assurance Manager
As one of Vodafone's strategic partner we are seeking a Risk & Assurance Manager to join their team on an initial 3-6month contract, this role is based in Paddington 2 days a week, with the freedom wo work from home the remainder of the week.
This new Risk & Assurance Manager is being brought on board to design and roll out a robust global policy compliance programme for all Vodafone branded and dual branded Partner Markets, spanning from Iceland, Cyprus and the Ukraine to Cameroon and Brazil. Reporting to the Lead Counsel - Partner Markets, this Compliance Manager will focus on building strong cross-functional relationships within Vodafone and with each Partner in order to (i) facilitate the roll out of a range of new compliance requirements aimed at driving continuous improvements to better assure the brand and (ii) act as the primary point of contact for all compliance matters related to Partner Markets in order to drive efficient decision making for the business.
- Lead point of contact managing communications with all branded Partners on new compliance requirements. Working with Partner Managers to ensure the compliance process works smoothly in light of Vodafone's commercial objectives.
- Design and roll out compliance self-assessment and deep dive process for existing and new branded Partner Markets.
- Travel and run regular on site "deep dive reviews" (second line audits) in high risk policy areas including anti-bribery and corruption, sanctions and trade controls. Work closely with Vodafone's Internal Audit, Security and Anti-Money Laundering teams to coordinate a full compliance programme across Vodafone's branded Partner Market footprint.
